All products and services offered by Xanadu Travel Mongolia Company shall be governed by the Terms and Conditions and booking policy to form a partial or entire service contract, whether written or verbal.

RATES & VALIDITY

All of the prices quoted by Xanadu Travel are quoted net in USD (United States Dollar). All prices are valid according to the dates mentioned in the validity of our programs. Xanadu Travel Mongolia warrants that the prices or rates quoted to the Client/Agent are correct at the time of issuance or invoice.

PAYMENT & DEPOSIT

Deposit payment of 20% is required from the client to secure the booking and is due upon confirmation of the tour.

Information: After confirmed your trip, you should send your ( all memebers in the group) passport copy, and flight details arrival and departure date, and If there is any vegetarian or special notes in your group, please let us know an advance.  

The company will be send an invoice with our bank details to your tour manager, who responsible for your trip in Mongolia. We will confirm by our official domain and e-mail address when we receive your payment. The balance will need to be paid at least 30 days before the arrival date.

If full payment is not received by the applicable due date, Xanadu Travel may, at its sole discreation, change the rate payable for the booking, or treat the booking as cancelled and retain the deposit paid on bookings as a cancellation fee. 

PAYMENT METHOD

Unless otherwise agreed by Xanadu Travel Mongolia, client’s payment shall be executed by bank transfer, to the Mongolia Ulaanbaatar’s bank account clearly noted in all the invoices. Every party shall take care of the bank transfer fees occurring with its according bank. For credit card payments a supplement of 4.1% will be charged.

The special tour fare or during in July ( for example Naadam festival) shall be paid no later than 45 days prior to the trip departure date.  

PRICE GUARANTEE

Your tour price is guarenteed once Xanadu Travel Mongolia has received your full payment. 

CHARGE FOR CHILDREN

• 0-3 years old - free
• from 4-11 years old - 70% at the regular adult price /without extra bed at the hotel/, If they need a extra bed in parents' room, it will be charge 90% of the adult price.  
• from 12 years old - 100% same as regular adult price 

CANCELLATION POLICY

• If you have reason to cancel, this cancellation must be done sending an email with the name of tour, who want to cancel and for the reason.
• Cancellation more than 30 days prior to the group arrival: No cancellation fees.
• Cancellation between the 30 to 15 days prior to the group arrival 30% of the total tour price 
• Cancellation between the 14 to 8 days prior to the group arrival 50% of the total tour price 
• Cancellation between the 7 to 0 days prior to the group arrival 100% of the total tour price

Xanadu Travel Mongolia will only use your personal information when it is necessary for us to deliver you a service or perform other necessary business functions and activities.

Xanadu Travel Mongolia will not use or disclose your personal information for purposes unrelated to the services we provide, unless we first obtain your consent.

• Send us completed booking form
• Receive our response including invoice for deposit payment
• Send deposit payment to confirm your bookings
• Receive our confirmation and invitation letter

We will submit confirmation of your successful booking ASAP

LIABILITY

Xanadu Travel strives to undertake everything reasonably possible to provide the best service to its clients. We are responsible for ensuring that your travel arrangements are supplied as agreed before the booking. The company will not be held liable for any loss, damage or additional expense that the client may experience. Our liability is limited the total cost of your travel arrangements. We are responsible for identifying any foreseeable risks associated with your holiday. We will do what we can to alert you and your companions to such risks and take steps wherever possible to ameliorate against them.
