Detailed Itinerary:
Day 1 Arrive in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia
On arrival at Genghis Khaan International Airport then we transfer to the Hotel to freshen up and you may need some time to relax from the long –distance flight or possibly from jet lag

Day 2 Introductory of City Tour
9:00am our tour of Ulaanbaatar starts in earnest. We start our city tour with a visit to Gandan Monastery, the largest and most famous functioning monastery in Mongolia. Here we will see the impressive Golden Buddha Statue of Migjid Janraisag and may experience monks in worship. From here we will visit the National History Museum and see sights from Mongolia’s history from pre-historic times the Mongol Empire up until Mongolia’s more recent communist past. Next stop is Sukhbaatar Square, the town’s central square named after the people’s revolutionary hero. There is an equestrian statue of Sukhbaatar and a massive Bronze statue of Genghis Khan with his four warriors in front of Parliament house. We will have lunch at Modern Nomads which is one of the best restaurant in the city. Afterwards we visit Bogd Khan Palace museum - the complex was a residence of 8th Bogd Javzandamba in 19th century, the head of Mongolian religion. The palace consists of seven Summer Prayer temples and the winter palace. Continue to Zaisan memorial on the side MT Bogd Khan was constructed in memory of fallen soldiers and makes an ideal point to start our tour and offers panoramic views of the city.
This evening we will enjoy a performance of traditional Mongolian song and dance “Wonders of Mongolia” folklore show by famous Tumen-Ekh ensemble. The most interesting performances are the throat singing, contortionists and Tsam dancers, Khoomii ot throat singing is a musical art delivered with the help of a guttural voice and specific way of breathing. This is one of the most successful folk art groups to share traditional Mongolian music with the world.

Day 3 Mongol Els sand dunes
After breakfast drive to Mongol Els magnificent sand dunes - surrounded by hills with willow trees, streams and bushes, and appear as a small desert in the center of the country. This sand dune is 80km long and the widest part of the sand dune is 9-10 km. Also, the sand dune called as mini Gobi. Check –in and lunch at the Ger camp.
In the afternoon, we will visit camel breeder’s family and explore their unique nomadic lifestyle.
The sand dunes are the perfect place for camel trek. We will discover this magnificent place on camel back. Mongolia is home to 2/3 of the two-humped Bactrian camels in the world. It is a gentle, calm and extraordinary patient animal and can carry on without water for a month. Bet, you never rode a Bactrian camel, riding a Bactrian camel is much more comfortable than the camel in Sahara, India or anywhere else. Its two humps support you from both sides and easy pace will comfort you so much. Return to the Ger camp near the sand dunes for dinner and overnight.

Day 4 Hugnu Khan Mt National Park – Orkhon Waterfall
After breakfast short drive to Hugnu Khan Mt National Park –It’s picturesque area of Rocky Mountains, semi desert, Gobi and sand dunes steppes all in one location three different natural zones. The Mountain Range is ideal for hiking around and wildlife observation and photography.
Continue drive to Orkhon Waterfall and it’s the biggest waterfall in central Mongolia falls from 24m lava cliff wide waterfalls are just magic! Orkhon waterfalls formed 20 000 years ago after a unique combination of earthquakes and volcanic eruptions. In the heart of summer, their flow is very important, but they can dry up during spring and falls by flowing into the Orkhon River.
Evening is free to explore and discover the beautiful area. If you are good swimmer, why not challenge yourself swimming through and around waterfall. Dinner and overnight at the ger camp.

Day 5 Karakorum Buddhist Monastery of ErdeneZuu
Today morning we drive to Karakorum which was the capital of Mongolian Empire and of the world as well in 13th century. We visit the sights of the ancient capital of Genghis Khan which was the largest contiguous empire in the World History.
After lunch we visit the sights of the magnificent and oldest Buddhist Monastery of Erdenezuu. Erdenezuu Monastery was built in 1586 under the direction of Avtai Haan on the ruins of the ancient capital. Much of the monastery was destroyed during Stalinist purges of the 1930’s, but an impressive wall with 108 stupas and number of temples still remain. Then we continue to visit museum of Karakorum and we are free to explore this region. Return to the ger camp and dinner and overnight.

Day 6 Tsenkher Valley & Hot Spring
After light breakfast we will drive to Tsenkher Hot Spa which is famous hot spring. There are in Arkhangai many old volcanos, which explains the presence of this hot water source that flows all year long at 1860metres, above the sea level in the sum of Tsenkher. The water is at +85.5C. Curative water and amazing nature featured by wooden mountains make this an excellent place for relax. It’s really pleasurable to bath at hot spring.
In the evening we will enjoy visiting the local nomad family to experience firsthand how people live in the country side and a lifestyle which has not changed for centuries. Here you can help the herders with their daily tasks to get an idea of how nomadic people alongside of their livestock. There is we can taste Airag, which is made horse fermented milk. Have a rest at the hot spa ger camp. Dinner and overnight

Day 7 Tsetserleg town – Taikhar Rock
Today our tour will continue towards to Arkhangai province. Take a city tour of Tsetserleg which is the capital of Arkhangai province with population of around 20,000. Tsetserleg means garden and the city ringed by scenic mountains, the streets are tree-lined and a lovely little temple overlooks the town and visit local museum. Then drive to Tamir Valley will be quite exciting with exploration off attractive landscape composition of mountain, forest, grassland and rivers. Enjoy hiking and photographing.
Dinner and overnight at the camp near legendary Taikhar Rock.
Day 8 Lake Ugii
After breakfast, we will take 2 hrs drive to Ugii Lake – is located up 1337m from the ocean level and it’s pure water steppe lake which is 7.9km long 5 km wide. Sacred Gii Lake is a home to water birds. There are over 10 kinds of fishes and home of 150 kinds of birds.Lake attracts a wide variety of birdlife, including cranes, ducks and other migratory birds.
Check-in ger camp and lunch. In the afternoon enjoy your relaxing time by the lake. There is you can travel by normal boat or motor boat and go for fishing in the lake. Boating and fishing are available at based on the private payment. Or have some hiking and bird watching. Overnight and dinner at the ger camp near the lake.

Day 9 Hustai National Park & Wild Horses
Today we drive to Hustai National Park –home to the Mongolian Wild horse known as Przewalski horse(Takhi) with unique landscapes and steppe. The Takhi was once native to Mongolia but became extinct earlier this century, Through the efforts of several Mongolian and International organizations, this magnificent wild horse once again roams the steppes in Hustain Nuruu National Park.
Unique wild horse – Takhi reintroduction project at Hustai National Park started in 1992. As the successful implementation of the project today have over 220 Takhi in the Park. After lunch we will visit the Project Information ger center to learn more about the horses and take a guided through the park to view Takhi horses. There is great opportunity to take photo for these endangered horses. If you are lucky you can see deer, eagles and more animals. Return to the Ger camp and overnight.

Day 10 Mongol Nomadic – Ulaanbaatar
This morning your tour starts 9 am and drive to Ulaanbaatar. On the way we will visit Mongol Nomadic Ger camp for Mongolian nomads show which will be show you real Mongolian nomadic way of living and traditional custom and culture for the past period.
The show demonstrates traditional living way of real Mongolian nomads and breeding and using of five kinds of livestock and movement from one place to another using ox, yak, camel and horse carts which are the carts. Lunch served by Mongolian food in the camp, we will drive to Ulaanbaatar. This afternoon is free to catch some last minuet sightseeing and bargain hunt for souvenirs, Cashmere, leather goods and traditional handicrafts are all good options. Check –in to the hotel to freshen up before farewell dinner. We enjoy a farewell dinner in the evening.
